Stephanie Mortimer-Wallace, RN, BSN, CCRN, has more than 15 years of nursing experience across a variety of patient care settings. Stephanie has more than 10 years in intensive and critical care, as well as delivery of comprehensive nursing care for both pediatric and adult patients and those receiving specialized cardiac and respiratory care.

Stephanie received her nursing license in the state of Florida after completing her Associate of Science Degree in Nursing at Broward College in 2003. She achieved her Certification in Critical-Care Nursing (CCRN) at the Royal College of Nursing in London, England in 2012 and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of the West Indies in 2016. She maintains Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification as well as licensing from the Bahamas Nursing Council. Her professional affiliations include membership with the Nursing Association of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas (NACB) and the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN).

At Okyanos, Stephanie’s role is focused in hands-on care throughout the process of cell therapy and regenerative medicine treatments. Stephanie assists with fat harvesting procedures in the operating theatre in addition to providing direct pre- and post-operative patient advocacy and care.
