Becoming a Patient

If you feel that you may be a candidate for cardiac cell therapy, then making an appointment is the next step. When you call, our experienced team will ask you for information about your health and your medical history. We are pleased to address any inquiries regarding additional information on cardiac cell therapy treatment.

To allow us to offer you an appointment as quickly as possible, please have all of your recent medical documentation on hand when you call. It is important that you have the following information ready:

• Your full name, date of birth and home address.
• Your diagnosis.
• Echocardiogram and cardiac nuclear imaging results, if available.
• The results of any other scans or blood tests that you have had done.
• Information about the treatment that you have received to date, including your current medications.
• A list of any other medical conditions that you have received treatment for.
• The name and phone number of your primary care physician and cardiologist.

If you appear to be a suitable candidate, the medical director will review your case.  Once he has determined that you can benefit from cardiac cell therapy treatment, you will be invited to make an appointment for the procedure.  This appointment system allows us to provide an exceptional standard of care, tailored to each individual patient.
